Colourbond
Construction
Colorbond Fencing is manufactured by Bluescope Lysaght with the colour coating applied in the manufacturing process. Subsequently, the finished coat is bonded extremely well to the steel substrate.
Design
Colorbond fencing consists of four (4) main elements:
- Posts: Secure the panels into the ground
- Bottom Rail: Supports the Panel Sheet and provides drainage
- Top Rail: Provides a smooth capping
- Panel Sheets: Various profiles at differing heights
Additional Lattice Sections can be fitted above the panels.
Finish
Colorbond fencing provides a solid coated steel finish tested in all weather and wind conditions. The finish is maintained by the manufacturing process which is resistant to scratching and abrasion.
Security
The "solid" barrier prevents intrusion from prying eyes, enabling personal activities in your garden with a high degree of privacy. This in turn adds a high degree of security, since anyone attempting to scale the fence cannot be sure of being spotted by anyone's presence.
Colours
Colour schemes can be of a single colour or with contrasting posts, rails and/or lattice. Combinations of all the attractive colours used on roofs and walls of Colorbond buildings and fences can be matched to add a unique colour scheme.
